This website is published by ZODIAC FREIGHT INC. to describe the services we offer and to let shippers reach us. It is informational, and it has no forms — reading it and calling the number are the only things you can do here. Using it means you accept the terms below.

These terms cover the website. Text messages with dispatch are covered separately, by the SMS Terms of Service, and what we do with your information is in the Privacy Policy.

Asking us for a price is a request, not a booking. It does not reserve equipment, hold a date, or oblige either of us to anything.

A price quoted by phone is an estimate based on the information given to us at the time. It becomes binding only when the shipment is confirmed in writing — in a rate confirmation or equivalent document signed by both parties. Until that exists, nothing has been agreed. If the freight, the weight, the timing, or the lane turns out to differ from what was described, the quote no longer applies.

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern the transportation of freight. Carriage is governed by the executed rate confirmation, the bill of lading, and applicable federal transportation law — and where this page and those documents differ, those documents win.

We keep this site accurate and current, and the operational statements on it describe how we actually work. Even so, content here is provided as-is: service descriptions, coverage, and equipment information may change, and a page may be out of date between the moment something changes and the moment it is updated. Confirm anything you intend to rely on.

Use the site for its purpose. Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and do not scrape it for a competing service.

We may decline to respond to a request, and may block access to the site, without giving a reason.

The name ZODIAC FREIGHT INC., the logo, the text, and the design of this site belong to the company. You may link to any page here. You may not reproduce the site’s content or branding as your own.

Where this site links to a resource we do not control — a public carrier record, for example — we do so because it is useful, not because we vouch for the destination. What happens on another company’s site is governed by that company’s terms.

This website is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses arising from your use of it, from reliance on information published on it, or from the site being unavailable. That is a statement about the website — liability for freight in our care is a separate matter entirely, addressed by the shipment contract and by federal transportation law, and nothing in this section limits it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top says when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
